Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer, if the product is in good condition without washing, no damage, no modification, cutting, etc., if you are not satisfied with our product, we will provide a return and exchange service. If you have a request to return or exchange the goods, please contact us through the following methods to start the return and send us the original packaging of the product. we only support you to use standard delivery for return and exchange, if express delivery we have the right to refuse:

Please make sure to include your order number and reason for return on the packing slip. Luchikshoes is not responsible for return shipping, if this return is due to quality issues, please contact us at email contact@luchikshoes.com to file a warranty claim. We process returns within 1-2 business days from the day our warehouse receives your item. All returns without prior communication will not be processed.
Return the goods
Items must meet our return criteria. After the return application is approved, you can check the progress of the refund in the account you used when you purchased it. Generally, it will be returned to you within 1-2 business days. The exact time of refund depends on your payment method, so please be patient and do not rush). If the shipping time exceeds 60 working days, you can directly apply for a refund or contact us to resend the corresponding product to you. If you have any questions, you can contact us in time to help you solve them.
Standard
- We support you to cancel the order within half an hour after placing the order. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours (business days) of your cancellation. Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be canceled because we cannot retrieve them from the package stack. We initiate a refund after successfully canceling the order;
- Please ensure that the returned product itself, original packaging (such as dust bags and boxes, etc.), related accessories (such as tag labels, etc.), and gifts (if any) are in good condition and complete;
- If the second sale is affected by the damage to the tag, such as graffiti washing, dirt, loss, modification, cutting, etc., we will not be able to provide you with return and exchange services;
- If your order has been invoiced, you need to return the invoice when returning the goods. If the invoice cannot be returned due to customer reasons, the return will not be possible, and the adverse consequences arising therefrom will be borne by you;
- Under normal circumstances, an order can only be returned and exchanged once, so in order to ensure your rights and interests, please contact us after careful consideration;
- When a replacement occurs, only the same category and the same price can be replaced.

- Apply for return
After you receive the goods, within 30 days from 0:00 on the next day (subject to the express receipt time), log in to the Luchikshoes website and contact us by phone or email to submit a return or exchange application. - Fill in the reason for return or exchange
Please explain the product you need to return or exchange, the reason for the return or exchange, the quantity of the return or exchange, the return and exchange instructions, and upload the voucher. - To be reviewed by customer service
After you submit the return or exchange application, the customer service review is expected to take 1-2 business days.
Return shipping instructions
Please note that we do not accept returns sent by courier by courier.
If the return is not caused by the quality of the product, such as if you don’t like it, the size is not suitable, the color difference between the product and the picture is slightly different, etc., the postage is borne by you. If it is not our reason, we also support the return of the product, and this part of the postage is borne by you. We do not charge any re-listing fees.
Damaged, defective or wrongly sent items
If you return the product because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, if we determine that the reason for the return or exchange can be attributed to our product quality problem, error, omission, loss, etc., the return shipping will be borne by us (cannot exceed the normal express charge ), you only need to upload the relevant unboxing video and image verification.
